You still wanna do many things but your body can only take so much. The changes in the office gave me mix of feeling. I feel like a Jedi going to a dark alley and the force is so strong that you cannot turn back. 

Should consistently reminding myself to keep silent whenever the body and mind not in a good state. The moment my mouth open... I will crash everything.
