My kaki cannot tahan anymore and naturally push it out. Sort of. That little spike been inside my ibu jari kaki for like 5- 6months!? Looks like tulang ikan to me but didn't expect that sharp and long! I thought initially dah bawa keluar the main part that day so I resumed my life as usual. Macam Rambo sekejap tarik keluar. Urgh. I hope that's all lah!
Didn't change a thing tho. Another reason to complete this full marathon!
