Full Marathon

Ok I did it. Sort of. Completed the race, yes, full 42km, no. No regret.

Wife told me just before the race
1) don't fall down
2) it's ok, there will always be a next time

That's the version I remembered lah.

Before flag off, it's raining and emcee keep repeating "for runners safety whoever didn't finish by 2.30am, ambulance will pick you up".

Somehow these reminders matched each other.

I'm targeting 7hrs kinda run since the longest I prepared was 10k, itupun a week before. To be honest I don't really care about the timing or PB, as long as I completed the race. It has been the same from the first time I completed my 'marathon'. Was it a 10k or 7k? Hmm can't recall. And I need FM at night to make sure subuh tak ke laut; most local FM started at 2-3am if not 4-5am.

So I ran. 5km, 10km.. I was like ok we can do this. Keep running.

Personally amazed I reached 30km mark, da! It was never before!! Not with breeze tho but energy gel did help. Major let down (read excuses) organizer or rather volunteers started to closing down water stations, lack of gel panas, sponge etc etc etc. I wasn't exactly the last but your mind started to corrupted you when your body physically tired. That's the fact. Sleepy head and I don't know where else to step on, semua sakit. Put a mental note, "Urghh neraka nanti camna weh.. Ni baru dunia!"

About 2 o'oclock and I'm on 35k like that
ambulance passed by.. After another round, abang driver tanya "Naik?". Without knowing I have choice to say no, next thing is I already inside the ambulance. I asked one of the staff (4 of them all muka tired and uninterested) "Dah start collect ke?". Ntah, was the answer. Ok whatever. Consider that was my reward and apologize from the organizer for poor event management. In fact siap tersengguk dalam ambulance! Yeah mengantuk like that.

Balik hotel makan mee and kuewtiaw. Burp. Wifey was kind enough to teman even probably she was kinda disappointed I didn't  really run entire 42km. Maybe she felt I am not happy that I didn't get what I want. Truth is, I'm more than happy to return to my family still breathing :)

End up the morning subuh tu almost gajah I think. Will it be a next FM for me? Not now to decide. We have London in 2017 to be excited about. Wohoo

To the Finish Line!

When I started running and feeling yeah I can do full marathon.. It feels ages ago.

I was like let's do 5 half marathon first, run oversea race, do that lasik thingy first.. Bla, bla..

But heck no. None of the above happened and I'm gearing up for my FULL MARATHON! Muktamad.

Some people might thing I already did FM couple of times. That's not my problem. Back to reasoning above, sometimes you don't have to wait something to happen. Or make a condition for it to happen. There's no perfect time for anything. Just go for it lah or regret not doing it.

Wow. So motivated ni!

I don't know how it will turn out later but gotta try eh. Mentally prepared? Not yet. Just give all you can. Key word, discipline.

Till next time, adios

New Zealand 2016. North Island

Aaaa North je? Ok I get that a lot and that's it. Is not that we are not considering at all, in fact to choose going to New Zealand already went through number of challenge sessions. Need to convince the other half why NZ. Point is, NEW adventure, something we never did before. And now with Amni. It has to be all about her in a way la kan.

We decided not to join group of convoy (jimat di situ), airlines apa nak naik, whether we want to fly straight or transit and mode of transportation at NZ. I don't have much time, lets cut it short.

Day 1 (KUL-MEL-AKL)
Flying to Auckland via Melbourne. By the time we were at Tullamarine Airport it's already like 2 in the morning. Just resting, solat and get ready to board. Amni took little longer to sleep, lucky we got to use airport stroller and she's ok with it.

Day 2 (Auckland)
Arrived at Auckland. Checked in Gateway Airport Hotel. Stroll the area a bit but end up dinner at hotel's cafe (sedap). Oh internet is so important, don't forget to purchase simcard at the airport (recommended: Vodafone). Anyway most campervan park did offer limited free data (e.g. 100MB per device per day).

Day 3 (Matamata, Rotorua)
Picked up motor-home or caravan! It took longer than expected (briefing, technical glitch and what not). First thing, groceries shopping!
Then terus drive to Matamata; The Shire Rest- Hobbiton! A long the way.. fuh! memang hijau mata memandang. Ladang-lembu-kambing-blue sky-repeat.

Next Rotorua, checked in. Tak reti nak plug in power! Tak reti is too much, technically dah plugged in, connection tak berapa betul. Siap tukar tapak. Huhu..Mujur ada jiran Australian tolong (don't shy-shy to ask). Anyway got to enjoy mineral pool there, macam melekit dalam suam-suam panas- I supposed that to help you recover or rejuvenate or something.

Day 4 (Rotorua, Taupo)
Nothing specific set on this day, what I had in mind was that geothermal thingy which makes the city famous for. Also the Maori culture village lah (didn't go, time don't permit).. So we visited Hell's Gate (hell kedekut, dia pagar the whole area so you have to pay la to see; we are smarter than that), beautiful lookout point Blue & Green Lake; passed through Buried Village aaand Redwoods at Whakarewarewa Forest! Semua unique in their own ways. Haha tak do justice langsung tulis gitu

Day 5 (Taupo)
We got to enjoy the beautiful scenery of lake, mountain and water falls (Huka)!

Then 5 hours drive to Wellington. No RnR like here but the journey was something I like. Lalu gunung-ganang (so impressed to see Mt Ruapehu/ Mordor! for the first time), desert (tanah tandus; kang kena bahan budak wechat)- people asked sure boring kan lalu sini? Weh, not really. Area ni jadi tempat army punya training ground (no trespassing!) and the billboard ad there quite funny.

In and out small town pun best. We stopped at Bulls bought some kebab and stuff, eat somewhere-somewhere later. Ada satu town tu got airport dowh, padahal kecik je and tepi jalan, we didn't see the runway.

Nak menyampai ke Holiday Park, Wellington sekali kena lalu bukit-bukau- sebijk macam fellowship of the ring. Dah la gelap time tu. Memang nampak cantik la town from up there but we didn't prepare for that. Serious ah Tomtom.

Tengok, cerita drive pun boleh panjang lebar, nak elaborate details lelain.. ok focus.

Day 6-7 (Wellington)
Obviously a big city (really?). Being capital city of New Zealand just imagine Putrajaya. Bit challenging to drive there. But the weather! Fuhh.. Berbaloi beli baju tebal Amni. Hehe. I think its more due to the wind and drizzle. Highlights here a cable car, masjid visit and Weta Cave! We went there twice because it just worth the visit.

Oh highlight yang penting is TAK JUMPA kedai makan halal yg letak flyers kat Holiday Park-sekali dah tutup/ tukar owner! Sejuk oi.

Day 8 (Ruapehu)
Driving bit relax from Wellington, stopped at Otaki. Lunch best, coffee best, yogurt ice cream pun best!

We stayed at Mt Ruapehu, jungle feeling. Fun fact: Evacuation reminder due to eruption; earthquake and flooding. Fuh. Got yellow and green area for assembly point.

Up there, the best coffee ever! Probably with the weather. Acah-acah main salji sikit, naik chair lift. Lumia battery kong! Urgh. And forgot to fully utilize gopro; ok bukan forgot just tak berapa nak manage.

Day 9 (Waitomo)
Glowworm cave. Could have done better if we know earlier the arrangement. Amni cannot go in, so mommy kena sacrifice. Wuuu T_T

Lunch at cafe Huhu. Apalah kan maksudnya tu. Huhu.. Sedap jugak.

Ada pernah cakap tak sedap ke sepanjang trip? Makan bukan kerisauan langsunglah NZ ni. Nak bayar banyak mana je. Seafood dia beli raw masak sendiri pun yummy. By the way, harga barangan kat sini insyaallah consistent mahal- tak kira la town ke, tasik ke, bukit ke, pump station ke, hulu banat mana pun coffee dia standard je harga. Way better dari kau beli coca-cola weh!

Day 10 (Balik)
Huhu...

From time to time will update kalau rajin. Teruskan sokongan! (self-monologue semua ni)

Microsoft Lumia

Huggggeee step taken!

Bukan senang. Susah nak justify ni. Not a good time tho. Argh apa benda ko buat ni. Last year (dah setahun pending!) when my iPhone failed on me-tetiba crash and lost everything especially  pictures, all gone!- almost nak beli Lumia mid-range dah. About 2 years ago I decided my next phone cannot be androids (never was a fan). And apple kalau harga melampau rip-off; true enough, dengan spec up sikit (I mean just a cosmetic makeover) they overcharged. Don't get me wrong iOS to me still up there. Blackberry not that convincing; case closed.

Then what? I've heard (and read) that time Microsoft is about to launch their own flagship-not to be associated with Nokia. Tinggu punya tunggu.. Tadaaa! Lumia 950. Kenapa bukan 950XL re: rip-off.

Ringgit not helping either.

It's up to me to make the most of it. So tak guna la menyalak kat sini (bajet ada haters) cons of Microsoft devices sebab semua dalam poket gua beb. Instagram beta? Tak sampai 2 jam pegang dah 2 post dalam account (huh) more than 2 minggu lepas punya post.

Fun part? Learning new OS. Tiles. Beauty of HD. Desktop friendly. Windows 10. Ok kira justify lah kan! :)

Temerloh & Kuantan

2016 secara umumnya bermula dengan suram jika bersandarkan keadaan ekonomi semasa semata-mata. Maka kenalah creative sikit. Rancang perjalanan domestik!

So over the weekend, we decided to go to east coast, Pahang Darul Bauksit. I am so pissed to observe the aftermath, mind you it just a friction of it. Anyway 3 main objectives are to visit a family, attend a wedding and meet friends. So much to-do-tick-person I am, glad all are covered. Sort of mission accomplished. Clap. Clap. Clap.

Good catch up with old friends even though it was a short session. Perhaps for the next visit kena puasa seminggu and spend more that 1N so barulah boleh enjoy Kuantan food fest.

Chop, chop! ManUtd menang 1-0 kat Anfield :) [fake smile]

New Year, New Me

Hello world. It's weird to wish happy new year when you are going to 2nd week of January already. Ah, pedulikan. Blog sendiri kot.

Seakan mendapat suntikan (botox) baru, rasa nak blog balik. Di kala semua orang rakus dengan social media di alam maya yang lebih in; baca: bersepah budak-budak baru nak up. Sekilas pandangan baru sahaja menjeling bilangan post yang lalu; 2008 tahun yang gemilang, namun ibarat trend harga minyak semasa, bilangan post jatuh merudum. Kehambaran blog ini memang dijangkakan. Namun 2016 bakal menjadi medan kebangkitan! Ni dah tahap azam la kiranya ya. Alah, janganlah berkira sangat.. Support ajelah yok!

First revival blog ni berkisarkan keazaman anak muda menceburi bidang larian- hidup kesepian di pulau Borneo. Cuba sedikit sebanyak mengupas permasalahan semasa, perkembangan sukan bola sepak (it's the opposite for ManUtd actually) dan kisah pengembaraan meneroka dunia. Ada ke patut 2013 takde post langsung. Hmm

Untuk berlaku adil, marilah catatkan sesuatu untuk tatapan masa depan. Best juga menyelusuri ruang waktu lampau. Boleh la Nur Amni jadikan rujukan macam mana la behavior abahnya di alam maya. Be a good girl ok sayang. *Mmmuahciked*

Kenapa 2016 kena kurangkan FIFA
Survival di Labuan & lesson learnt (dah banyak rant dalam Twitter, hahaha)
Kehidupan di kota metropolitan: realiti & sangkaan
Umur 30an. Jadinya kenapa?
Hal ehwal semasa-Pentingkah pendapat kau?
Gadget & teknologi- bila kau nak ada duit beli semua
Travel: yang tersurat & tersirat serta hutang yang berselirat (jika berkenaan)
Siri bercakap dengan Jin.

Ok, nampak sangat dah merapu. Teruskan berharap kelangsungan blog ini!

Amni, this is not you. Source: Internet

Day 8: El Ateneo

Uh, Oh! Forgot about this. Let me finish the Argentina trip with this entry.

So on the last day, I still have time to spend at BA since my flight will be at night but need to check out room at 12 noon- managed to nego defer to about 1 o'clock. Jadi nak buat apa?

Though my reading I happened to know there is unique bookstore in BA; previously it was an old theatre. The interior still remain very much as theatre setup. Question is, where and how to get to the place? Google for everything nowadays kan. So it helps.. Few subway stations away from my place and a bit of walking, taraaa!

Shared block with other stores, pay attention to the entrance. Or just watch where fellow tourist heading to, this is kinda must visit place for bookworms.

Main stage. Now become a cafe or place to chill while reading like a boss. So quiete tak dengar bunyi cawan bergesel pun #Manner

The view. Had to put your face here la else kena accuse "setakat gambar internet tak payah nak poyo". Staff sini pun friendly or to put it in other words- they don't mind tengok tourist datang ambil gambar instead of buying the books #TouristSpot

Look at the top. Bukan ex gereja ye. Memang nice setup Kedai ni. Bawah sekali section for music lagu-lagu, ground main area (cafe), second and third floor for books with various sections (sama cam kino, MPH, boarders).

VIP/ bangsawan seating jadi browsing area. The book is something something about cholesterol. In Spanish! How do I know kan, yang penting posing

From other angle. Through my googling to find how to get here, this bookstore is actually ranked no.2 in the world tau in terms of coolness, content, interior yada yada.. No.1 if not mistaken dekat Lisbon. I am not worried much, bookstore kita lagi hipster. Books are sealed, nak baca, kena beli. That's the price for knowledge.

After checked out, I just round round nearby area try to spend the remaining pesos. Before 5 the driver datang pick up  then straight to the airport. I was forced to listen to his selection of music the entire trip. Nice guy though.

Ok folks, that's all for Argentina. Bye bye

Travel: Maldives

Time flies. Memang tak percaya kembali menulis. Since I believe it is important to write somewhere for future reference and/ or whenever you don't have better things to do you will need something to (scroll) walk down the memory lane kinda stuff.

Where were we last time? Ah, Maldives. I did ask to read my other half blog kan. Well, apparently she has better thing to do, so tahan je la read this blog. For now.

Am so malas to details up the trip but it was a fantastic getaway. We went to normal pulau (MalĂ© & Hulumale) and private one (Bandos)- so yeah we got to experience both world. Pulau sampah je tak pergi for obvious reason. We did island hoping on private excursion.

Treasure the moment but to be honest memang la mahal kat sana tu, GST alone je dah 12% #kauhado. Kata kuncinya ialah kena pandai plan. Jangan nak kedekut sangat dan tak payah la perasan macam duit jatuh dari langit. First time experience bawa rice cooker and masak; I am about to repeat the same trick!

Mana gambar? My phone iCrashed so hilang la segala gambar laut hijau-biru, jerung (a real one!) dan segala picturesque pictures! Namun jangan berduka, head to my Instagram account and enjoy #Maldives. Nampak tak pancing. Okthxbyexoxo

Hello 2015. Thanks 2014

Hi. It's nice to be back after more than a year. Life has changed so much from the last post. Where to begin.. The reason I'm writing again? Well at least you get to read something exclusive about me that I don't talk much in real life. Nah. This is for my record and future reference; eg. go back to previous post and feel ashamed on grammar error and repeat it again and again #mudahterhibur

Let's do the annual review (dah la 1 post ni je kot).

It's the end of 2014. As a Malaysian most of us see 2014 as a not so good year, I couldn't agree more. But. Personally contradict to what happened to the nation as a whole, I feel so blessed this year. Sorry not to offend sesiapa. Particularly-finally both of us got to be transferred to KL, living together, pergi kerja sekali and what not. #initahunlah accomplished! Syukur. So many family events, ups and downs. And let's go to what I have picked up while living in Borneo- run a marathon; yet to go for a full mode.

Been running like never before this year. If I'm not mistaken I've clocked more than 100km on event (not so impressive for so called runner). It just that the preparation prior to the day slightly different. Still glad I did it anyway.

The collection. Ni je. Humble brag.

Move on.. Less flying this year. That didn't stop us from going exploring another part of this world. Got to experience Krabi. Alhamdulillah for umrah trip, definitely to be going there again (amin!). And then the Goldcoast adventure; well we utilize travel agent package from Matta fair. You need to read my other half blog for more details. She writes better than me anyway.

Illustration purpose only. Tak makan pun. Nasi 'Kerabu' Krabi lagi unique weh

She seems ok with the dogol part

G'day mate! Sedap kan bau kari

All in all I am looking forward to 2015! Nope it's not about RON95 which is now  RM1.91/L (record low for the past 15 years?).  Alhamdulillah for 2014 where I considered it as one of 'my year'. Thank you Allah. Thanks to nice people around me. Thanks to you for reading this.

Technically I'm still in 2014 due to time different in Maldives. Yeap we are here for 5D4N :)
Happy new year! *fireworks*

The Truth

I actually wrote a post somewhere in May/ June and somehow it is not posted. Blergh..

That time I decided to go for full marathon and laid out some basic plan. So I'm back to push myself for another journey.

Basically I'm happy with my life but I want a change. 2013 could be the year. It has to be. Ini tahunlah.

Stay positive.

Keeping up with Life

Force myself to write, just an update. These random photos represent my random life towards the end of 2012; nobody give a damn about that Mayan tribes anymore I guess.

It's so wrong to instill what you believe what's right for you to others. Bukan tak boleh but you have to understand that people level of acceptance is different you know. Problem is you will rage when people disagree with you which is normal for average human being. Unless you Judge Dredd.

This is my 100th blog post! Memang not worth of celebration pun.. *cengkerik*

Snapshot from a movie called 'Epic' will be released in 2013. Another reminiscence of Honey I shrunk the kids kinda movie

The Becks. Cannot really blame their photogenicism

Random travel picture. Not mine though. A frozen lake

Yeah, let's observe this

Little Update on Merdeka Day

Let's see what happened for the past of three months:

• Safely returned from Euro trip. Wonderful and awesome. Yes we survived in both physical and financial aspect
• Get injured two weeks before Ramadhan, a terrible one. It stops me from running. Still on the road of recovery. Lucky didn't register for PBIM this year
• Temporarily changed office. Only the office. OFFICE
• Suddenly into Instagram. Boo hipster!
• Problem with landlord or rather landlord gives me a problem..
• Have to pay Ad Valorem duty out of blue
• Manchester United signed Shinji Kagawa and Robin van Persie!!
• Driving back for I'dilfitri and experienced 8 hours+ on the road where usually only took 3-4 hours
• Bought swimming gear but yet to get into pool
• Yuna replied my tweet. Eh

What else been missing? Cukup lerrr

Another Trip

I run no more after Borneo Marathon; expected. That doesn't mean I will give up on running. I just need some times for navigating (re: I Won't Give Up). I was toying with ideas and possibilities. It is amazing when you fear nothing, you just deal with life.

Yes, another travel is on the card (the biggest). We are super excited! Insyaallah we will be going to Rome, Florence, Pisa, Venice, Milan, Madrid, Barcelona and Paris. Wife will look forward shopping and stuff. Me as usual..err football related? But in between we are going to enjoy this trip; the fact that we are together describe it all. Praying that everything goes well.

Strange part is where we both
think we could get expelled from work because of the trip! The truth is we deserved a getaway. So go away negative thought!!

Till me meet again!

Borneo International Marathon 2012

Hello there!Life must be good eh? Just another running event that I participated this year (probably going to be the ONLY!)Due to unforeseen circumstances Larian Sultan Azlan Shah was cancelled. Did enjoy my time with family though at Lost World Tambun.

Anyway.. I ran (awesomely) 10km at Kota Kinabalu, non-stop! Nothing much on the running I want to share actually. Haha! Awesome pretty much conclude everything right? There was Miss Malaysia running as well. Ok whatever..Cannot share picture somehow right now.

Wife supports me all the way of course. Bit drama when we are about to go back. Luckily we manage to get into the ferry just in time. We had two swimming sessions a day before, ridiculous delicious pasta (or something like it) tomyam at Dome and little shopping.

New Chapter (HD)

One cannot just wait things to happen. Even if you wait, while waiting why don't do something meaningful? When was the last time you make someone happy?

Keep challenging yourself and never be in comfort zone. After all there are so much to give to the WORLD.

When You Think You Are at Low Point

1. Not to take yourself too seriously. At times of hardship, such as loss or illness, we can easily lose our humor, and even more easily get very involved with the negative aspects of what is happening. We become the center of our universe. Remembering not to take ourselves too seriously brings a lightness and ease to the weight of circumstance around us. Don't forget–angels can fly because they take themselves lightly!
2. Not to identify with suffering, loss, or illness, as being who you are. Many of our participants realized how they had been identifying themselves as a cancer survivor / widow / recovering addict, or whatever it may be, but had not asked themselves who they were without that label or identity. When we do not identify with the negative label, then the positive side of who we are has a chance to shine.
3. It's OK to be you, just as you are, warts and all. We may think we are imperfect, a mess, falling apart, hopeless, or unable to cope. But true perfection is really just accepting our imperfections. It is accepting ourselves, complete with all the things we like and the things we don't like. In this way we are not struggling with or rejecting ourselves. Each one of is unique, a one-time offer, but we cannot know it if we are facing away from ourselves.
4. Feel everything, whatever it may be. When we are suffering, our feelings get huge and can be overwhelming. It is easy to want to deny or repress them. But if we can really honor whatever we are feeling, then it will bring us closer to the happiness beneath the suffering or grief. Acknowledging our real feelings is the greatest gift.
5. Make friends with yourself. Our relationship with ourselves is the only one that we will have for the whole of our lives, and we can be the greatest friend to ourselves. So it is very important not to put ourselves down or beat ourselves up. As Ed used to sing in Elementary school:
I love myself, I think I'm grand,
I go to the movies and hold my hand.
I put my arm around my waist,
And when I get fresh I slap my face!
6. Forgive yourself. Treasure yourself. These are big steps, but each one liberates the heart and sets us free. We need to forgive ourselves for feeling angry, for getting upset, for all things we think we have done wrong. They are in the past and we are not who we were then. We can then begin to embrace and love ourselves, for we are so worthy of that love. And then we can take any resistance or fear by the hand, invite it in, and open our heart to the universe.
7. Meditate. There is an overwhelming amount of research showing how meditation changes the circuits in the part of the brain associated with contentment and happiness and stimulates the 'feel-good' factor. Meditating on love and kindness makes us much, much happier! And the only way to know this is to try it!!

A Little Update

Temple Run insanely addictive! Ok that's crap.

Hello world!
Been a while. Sadly there was no update on London trip (except pics uploaded on FB). It was awesome indeed. C'mon, time spent with wife never fail you! *Ikhlas* Ok maybe next opportunity on that story.

Back into running recently. Good progress. Weekend in Miri as usual. Oh, that reminds me to book advance tickets for the coming months!

How is Your New Year so Far?

Hello 2012. I am supposed to write about how fun London trip was but an unfortunate event occurred. My loyal iPhone 4 was stolen at my workplace! I can be raging all day about this... like seriously. I know at certain point I have to reflect back; semua benda terjadi ada sebab musabab dan hikmahNya.

Let me bitch about it first. It certainly hard to read criminal mind and at the same degree it is hard for me to accept someone is actually on purpose come to work place to steal stuff. Not at my working place at least! Now semua orang kau tengok macam orang jahat. It disturbs me BIG time and I’m not kidding. And the reaction from security guard irritated me the most! Boleh buat derk je until policemen came to witness the crime scene (It’s a crime la kan!). Barang hilang dalam kawasan kerja yang patut kau pantau kot, bukanlah aku nak ganti rugi terus dari korang, tunjuk la courtesy sikit! Dah la tak membantu nak defend diri sendiri tak tentu hala apa hal???

HR told they will investigate the matter. You don’t need to be Haratio pun in this. Paling basic, ambil list in-out dari 0730 to 1230 hours, interview. Like I said before, if this can happened to me I don’t see why it cannot happen to someone else if no action is taken.

Now, you have to admit once you own a smartphone your life automatically attached to it. Your emails, contact, pictures (NO I don’t have gambar terlarang), online booking, personal record etc. My running log certainly will be missed. MAS/ AirAsia booking and check in will be a hassle for now. Social media like whatsapp, twitter, Flipboard, FB etc. Weekly update of fantasy league team; it sounds silly but hey I’m leading the chart and winner doesn’t quit.

With that iPhone, I start to write my blog again. My travel plan simplified. I am so into news and interesting article (what astro?)... Ok i need astro to watch Raja Lawak BPL live but even if I missed the game, LiveScore is always there for me. So booo astro! Together we braved Penang Bridge for half marathon at 3 o'clock early in the morning. Oh, the phone even won me a trip to London (for FREE) and opportunity to meet Tony Fernandes! In less than a year you can see the significance of it. Someone Like You of Adele never be so relevance until this point of time. It still harsh to sing “Never mind, I will find someone like you...” as I’m getting an iPhone 4S.

Let me be clear, it is never my intention to get every new iPhone model. I still think I will be using the same device beyond iPhone 5 or 6. It just the value you paid is worth the product you get. Ok we don’t have to go to androids, nokia lumia etc debate. People will crack a joke something like “Wah kayanya kau, pergi London, balik hilang tepon terus 4S”. Heck, kalau aku kaya aku pergi bercuti ke bulan terus, Virgin tengah offer. Boleh?

Whatever it is, I still don’t feel safe coming to work. At least for now. And to valid your stupidity (or desperateness) wahai si maling brangset, apple already blacklisted that device so nobody can use it. Semoga tuhan dapat membalas segala perbuatan anda.

Dalam kenangan. iRIP iPhone 4

Note: For the record, dah 3 kali hilang telefon, sekali hilang motor, hilang duit loss count dan banyak kali hilang pemadam, gam, gunting, pen etc (zaman belajar, kes kawan pinjam terus)

Loftus Road: QPR vs MAN UTD

Nak percaya ke taknak, the fact is I was really at the Stadium watching QPR vs Manchester United from directors box!

First I was welcomed to the executive lounge (I don't really know what they called it but channel on tv is all about football), up there Tony Fernandes personally greeted me. WOW. We had picture, he then tweeted it. WOW lagi. Offered a drink, I asked for wifi password and went for a toilet. It's only 11am+ by that time. Oh wait, did I tell you Sir Bobby Charlton was also there?! Siap salam tangan lagi neh! Coolness eh? David Gill pun ada with his children. We had brunch then straight heading to the game.

At the C-Club, the most exclusive hospitality within QPR

View from the stadium is the best ever lah! Tony actually give his designated seat to me. Lost count on my WOWness already. Within two minutes to the game, Rooney scored! The fact he is my captain in Fantasy League this week really fired me up! I got it right once again. Hee.. Try to cover the excitement as much as I can but yeah Tony knows I'm United fan anyway. Between Tony and I was Mike Jones (also a MUFC fan). Another cool guy; Vice President of GE Aviation, based in Singapore. In front of me was Philip Beard, a QPR CEO. So passionate I can tell you. So does the fans. Malaysia football needs to emulate this.

By the time Carrick scores (after many years?), United slow downed the game; yes SAF already looking for the next match. Welbeck, Rooney and Nani out for Chicharito, Giggs and Ashley Young respectively. And yes Manchester United won 2-0. Happy

After the game. He is OK with the result (come January, Warnock lost his job)

Back to executive lounge, post match refreshment. Bit conversation with Tony (he told he will be in Labuan somewhere in January). I thanked him and went downstairs and met few more AirAsia/ Tunes top guns. And everyone was like "Oh, this is the twitter guy!" Awesome :)

Later I met Rozie, she wanted to pass up the theater tickets (Rooney Shrek the Musical). Chit chat, gossip here and there, I'm back at Victoria station then to the Gatwick airport.

Balik. And I write all of these while flying. Sangat unbelievable the whole experience.

Gatwick 18 Dec 2011 ETD 2250 hrs
